In addition to learning the equipment and creating a safe environment, we start each day with a job briefing to ensure all are aware and comfortable with the scope of work and are mindful of and properly equipped for any job specific safety concerns. Additional safety meetings and job briefings continue throughout the project as the scope, weather, and environment changes.
